Fee and payment

$250 per 50-minute session.

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Unless special arrangements have been made in advance, payment is due for professional services at the time of service.

Health Insurance and Confidentiality 

I am an out-of-network provider and do not work with insurance companies; however, I will gladly provide you a billing statement, which you may submit to your health insurance provider for possible reimbursement. 

 

Please be aware that I have no control or knowledge about what insurance companies may do with the information you provide to them or who may access the information after I provide you with a statement
